I have looked for this fragrance FOREVER!!! I was first introduced to this fragrance in 1983 and fell in Love with it; I was 26 yrs old! I wore it everyday and all of my co-workers would ask me the name of the fragrance and I would say "Rive Gauche". I wore it everyday for 2 years and it just disapeared from the shelves. I asked at department stores and other outlet stores and no one understood what I wanted. I evenutally gave up and reverted to "Jean Nate'" and "Sweet Honesty" but was never quite content. But low and behold, here it is!!! This is my signature scent and I will wear it at my funeral.(It's in my will and last requests). Thank you Yves Saint Laurent

I used this fragrance for years and then it seemed to disappear an I switched to Passion, which I still use, but stumbles upon Rive Gauche again and started buying it again and love it. Great fragrance for anytime. Alluring
