I found NOA in amsterdam in 1999 and it is the only perfume i wear. I could not leave the netherlands without it, only to find that it was not yet available in canada. As years went by, i could only buy it here for a short time, and now i rely on trips to keep my supply. I wish i were able to find the talc and lotions though.. and it is NOA
